Our prices are always the same, all year. We don’t want anybody to stress out about catching a sale or to be sad about missing one, and our pieces are priced to pay our studio staff a living wage. We’re always glad to see you, and always here to help! You may see a field in the checkout for “gift or discount code”, and we want you to know that you’re not missing something, it’s just for the happy folks who have received a gift card to redeem it during checkout. So shop away, anytime :)

Sure! Almost all of our necklaces can be modified, and we’re happy to adjust by an inch or two at no extra charge. Please measure a necklace that you like (or just use a piece of string) by holding it end to end against a ruler or tape measure, and send us that measurement. If we have any questions, we’ll let you know, and in the rare case that the adjustment won’t work with the design we’ll gladly refund any payments you’ve made for the piece.

We’re so sorry that you’ve lost an earring!
The short answer is that we don’t generally offer single earring replacements made to order, but the slightly longer answer is that we can sometimes come up with one!
To keep our pricing stable and affordable, we make our earrings in batches, and we haven’t yet found a sustainable way to make a single earring that pairs with an existing one. But we absolutely get the frustration of seeing a beloved earring alone in the jewelry box, and we love to restore the pair when we can! So we’ve set aside a drawer in the studio for earrings that end up without a matching friend somewhere along in the production process, in case someone needs one in the future.
We’d be so glad to add your name and info to our single earring request list and to reach out to you if we find ourselves with an extra one in an upcoming production batch. We can't guarantee that we'll end up with a spare, but if we do, you'll be the first to know!
However, if you feel that the loss was due to a problem with the workmanship of the earring, please send us a note!

We’re sorry, but… While we love to meet our lovely customers and collectors, we’re a tiny crew working at full tilt and we need to stay focused to get it all done. We kindly ask that, when purchasing through the studio, you work with us through the mail or select our curbside pickup option.
