Returns & Exchanges

Regular Return Policy (Necklaces and Earrings): Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted on unworn pieces within 10 days of receipt. Please pack the jewelry in the box it arrived in (or similar box) to keep it protected, and send it insured to our studio address using the shipper of your choice. Once we receive the return, we’ll process a refund straight away. Please note that we are not a storefront, and we ask that all returns come by USPS or UPS.

Ring Return Policy: For all rings purchased with a sizing kit, we offer returns for unworn pieces within 10 days of receipt as well as free resizing. Please note: rings purchased without a sizing kit are final sale.
