Shipping

We offer USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping within the U.S. at no charge with your purchase. If you need expedited shipping, there will be a small additional charge. For any timing squeeze, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help!

International customer? Please send us a note, and we’ll gladly let you know if we’re able to ship to you!

All jewelry pieces are shipped in a gift box, and if you’d like us to enclose a special note or do anything else to make the package arrive as you’d like, just let us know in the “additional information” field at checkout. We normally include a packing list saying what the item is, but we never put pricing information in the box.

Turnaround Times

Regular Turnaround Policy (Necklaces and Earrings): We make your pieces to order here in the studio, and send them as soon as they're finished - sometimes that’s the same day, but during busy periods it can take a little more time.

However, we’ll always make sure your necklace or earrings leave the studio within seven business days from the order date. You’ll receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping notification with tracking information once it ships.

If you’re in a rush, don’t see what you’re looking for, or have any questions at all, send us a note!

Ring Turnaround Policy: If you order a ring a with the optional ring sizing kit, we’ll pop one of our kits in the mail to you within two days of receiving your order.

We offer our rings in standard sizes (U.S. sizes 4.5-11) with a six-week maximum turnaround. In-stock sizes may be shipped within one week, while all others will be custom cast and shipped within six weeks. Please get in touch for more information on turnaround times for specific materials and sizes.
